Terms and Conditions

By booking with Airowings LLC, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Policies

All tickets are fully non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Name changes are strictly prohibited after ticketing. Passengers must enter their first and last name exactly as shown on their government-issued ID (passport, driver`s license, etc.). Typographical errors (name corrections) may be allowed based on airline policy, with applicable charges.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Passengers can cancel their reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund with major U.S. airlines, as long as the booking was made at least seven (7) days before departure. This policy is valid only for tickets booked through our Airowings LLC or customer support team. However, some fare types may be non-refundable, even within this timeframe. We advise contacting our agent for detailed fare rules. If a passenger does not cancel within the 24-hour window and misses the flight, the ticket will be classified as a no-show, making it ineligible for a refund.

Fare & Payment Policy

Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed and may change at any time due to airline pricing adjustments. Most of the ticket fares do not include baggage fees, which vary by airline or need to check with representative at the time of booking. Airowings LLC accepts Debit Cards and Credit Cards for payment. The total charge may be divided into Base Fare and Taxes, but the total amount will remain the same as quoted at the time of booking.

Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Tickets are 100% non-refundable. Any date or routing changes are subject to airline-imposed penalties and applicable fare differences. Cancellation or exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure and will be subject to airline fare rules. For international travel involving multiple airlines, the most restrictive fare rules apply to the entire booking. Airline penalties are beyond our control, and any refund or exchange is subject to airline policies.

Visa & Travel Documentation

Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, passports, and entry/transit permits. Airowings LLC is not liable if passengers are denied boarding, entry, or transit due to incomplete or invalid travel documents. We strongly advise verifying visa requirements with the embassy or consulate of the destination country before travel.

Airline Schedule Changes & Responsibilities

Airlines may modify flight schedules, aircraft types, and seat assignments at their discretion. Airowings LLC is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by the airline.

Baggage Policy

Baggage allowances and fees vary by airline. It is the traveller`s responsibility to check with AN agent regarding baggage policies. Airowings LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. Claims must be filed directly with the airline.

Credit Card Payment & Authorization

 

By providing payment details, the cardholder authorizes the full charge for the booking and agrees to the terms and conditions.

If an international credit/debit card is used, additional documentation may be required, including:

o A completed Credit Card Authorization Form

o A government-issued ID with a photo and signature (front and back)

Credit Card Declines

If a credit card declines during payment processing, we will notify the customer within 24-48 hours. In such cases, the transaction will not be processed, and fare/booking details will not be guaranteed.
